Ezzer is not a medical service, a licensed therapy platform, or a crisis intervention tool. The information provided through Ezzer does not constitute medical, psychological, or clinical advice.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Ezzer. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Ezzer reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are found to be under 18.

Ezzer may collect and process wellness data such as mood, energy, and sleep information that you voluntarily provide. This data is used solely to generate personalized insights within the app.
Ezzer's insights are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or mental health concern.

7. Intellectual Property
All content within Ezzer — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, and software — is the property of Ezzer or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission from Ezzer.
8. User Content
Any content you enter into Ezzer (such as journal entries, mood logs, or notes) remains yours. By entering content into the Service, you grant Ezzer a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We will never sell or share your personal content with third parties for commercial purposes.
9. Subscription and Payments
Ezzer may offer free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@ezzer.app within 14 days of a charge for refund requests.
- In-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to those platforms' respective refund policies.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to other users or the Service.
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ezzer and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, profits, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
